2860 Regal Commodore is a turn-key vessel! Low hours!
35 hrs on each motor. Recently
serviced and inspected Risers and blocks-installed new gaskets. Generator and A/C!!! Full Isinglass enclosure, like new-see
pics.
This
boat is super clean and was just professionally detailed. Cockpit includes a double helm seat, L-shaped
seating opposite, drop down bench seat at the transom, walk through windshield
to access forward sundeck with sun pad included. Transom door to large integrated swim
platform, hot/cold fresh water shower, wet-bar w/sink and refrigerator. Kenwood Stereo sound system. Windlass.
Inside
the cabin you will find Marine AC/Heat, full galley, stand-up head/shower, sleeping
for 6 in forward & aft double berths and a convertible settee.
The
motors were both replaced in 2012 by the previous owner. We have paperwork and receipts indicating
what work has been done on the boat.
To
our knowledge, everything works with the exception of the following: horn, wet bar refrigerator (cabin
refrigerator DOES work), windshield wiper.
