designed Cutter Rig. If you know the boat, you know this is the best Hunter ever built. She is solid, built like a tank, and sails easy. She is currently rigged as cutter but can be
rigged as a sloop. Sails include newer main, original main, newer
staysail, original yankee and newer genoa. Engine is 27 HP Yanmar
with heat exchanger. Engine runs great.
An extensive refit
done in 2011-2012: Re-core of deck, painted with Brightside and
Kiwi-grip, deck hardware was re-bedded. Deck ports blasted and
polished. Lexan replaced. OceanAir screens/shades installed. All
deck teak was removed and replaced with custom factory made PlastTeak
synthetic teak to eliminate that chore! Standing rigging
professionally inspected. All running rigging renewed. Mast
repainted, mast steps added. Mast rewired, radar reflector added.
Added LED deck lights, anchor and steaming lights. New Raymarine
wind, depth, and log added. Icom 604 VHF radio with remote mic added.
DVD/FM and TV added.
PO replaced ports
with SS FM ports. Since 2012: 2013
Water heater replaced. New battery charger. 2014 Replaced
refrigerator compressor. Bottom repaired and barrier coated 2015.
Rudder rebuilt in 2015 as well. Both rudder and bottom professionally
done, and are beautiful. Lazy jacks on main boom; Sail Jockey
sail-tie system on both main and staysail booms.
Lowrance M68C
Chartplotter. All the extra gear I have, including new spare battery
charger, Kenyon stove. I bought an older 8 ft. dinghy in great
shape, but have not put it in the water. Miscellaneous gear and
hardware removed during refit. One auto-inflate and two
manual-inflate life jackets. Two other life jacket kits (4 each).
Grill, 110ft. shore power cord. Everything onboard goes with boat.
