Very Nice, Clean, Dry, Solid, Trusty, Sea Worthy 25' US Yacht Sloop Sail Boat.
It has Brand New Sails, Jib and Main.
I just put on the Jib Sail which has a Very Nice Self covering Bimini material in a black color. It was made by ( Doyle Sails ).
The Main Has not even been installed, It was made by ( Bremen ) includes new battens.
All the rigging, ropes and lights are in excellent condition.3 Anchors, with the main anchor having 30' of New Chain and weighs 30 lbs, forgot the brand but it digs in extremely well, there is like 100'+ of Rode for the other 2.There is a 15 gal. aluminum water tank that has yet to be installed. Fire extinguisher, life jackets, extra hardware, extra wench. It has a Helm steering and a emergency tiller that is in excellent condition.It Has Solar Power with controller and new Battery as well as Shore hook up. Table top 2 burner propane stove and a Propane rail mounted Grill.A 9hp Honda 4 stroke engine that runs very well and it has a Port on it that you can run a cable from for extra 12volt DC power, for recharging batteries or what ever, I do not have the cable for it though.The Bottom was painted a little over a year ago and the bottom has been cleaned regularly but is due and will probably been done in the next few days.She has a shallow draft which makes her perfect for the Keys and Bahamas and she sails real nice.It Has a Depth gauge, New Compass, Knot meter ( which is faded ), emergency radio. All the wiring was just replaced but still needs the wiring fastened or hung.
1 piece of the interior paneling has come loose, All the cushions where just refinished in a noce turquoise color. 2 of the grab rails need to be reinstalled, The boat has been receiving these upgrades for awhile and a lot of time, care and money has gone into her, unfortunately my job takes me else where soon so I wont be able to sail around the Keys and Bahamas as planned.There is a complete manual with all the details about her, I'm sure Im leaving some things out, if you have any questions please let me know.Thanks
