Now includes Evinrude/Johnson 8HP yatchtwin extra long shaft outboard engine with coil charging (for boat battery), complete with remote tank and fuel line. This boat does not need an extra long shaft engine , but this is the engine that came with it. It is good in a heavy swell as the prop does not come out of the water. Ideal HP range for this boat is said to be between 4HP and 8HP. Long shaft engine is adequate. Additional 2 genoas (sails used prior to fitting furling system which required a new sail) plus no. 2 jib.Last sailed in 2014. Moored in Fareham Creek. Looks tatty & not anti-fouled this year. Hull needs painting. Thorough clean required plus maintenance/repair required on: Port side locker cracked & wood interior rotten. Starboard side OK. Nav, masthead & deck light inoperative. Cabin lights, VHF & stereo radio operative. Depth sounder has power but no depth shows. Wind direction OK but wind speed cups missing. STW log OK but paddle fouls on drying mooring. 12 volt sockets (2) operative but 240 volt & fan heater not working. Sea toilet working. 2nd rise and fall bracket fitted to starboard side of transom. Inventory: Warps, fenders, furling genoa + 2 spare & no. 2 jib, mainsail, boom cover, spray hood/dodgers, pushpit, pulpit, 2 burner & grill, anchor, life buoy, boarding ladder, s/steel sink with cold water tap, electric hook up lead Beds: 1 1/4 berth, dinette table double + 2 singles in fore cabin. Separate sea toilet with hanging locker opposite. Cabin is lined with plenty of stowage and it is in good 'cosy' condition. Blue carpet. Boat is on a drying mooring that unfortunately is not transferable. Viewings possible if they can be arranged around the tide. Buyer collects. Cash payment on collection required.
