Owner) and unusual plywood clinker constructed pram sailing/
motoring/rowing 8 feet yacht tender complete with sail (red dipping lug),
aluminium mast and launching trolley and oars. Built using the West epoxy system,
very strong but light. Hull plywood strakes, thwarts, knees etc. mahogany,
gunnels teak capped. Stern transom strengthened to allow for outboard. Very
pretty and practical yacht tender. Only used for a couple of seasons. In end of
season condition (laid up in my garage for a few years). The boat is at home here in Ponsanooth Truro. I built a number of these tenders
(just basic rowing versions) some years ago and they sold for £550 to local
chandlers. This boat I built for myself to a much higher specification as a
rowing, sculling, sailing and motoring tender to my own boat. Complete with
spars and sail it would probably have sold to chandlers for around £1500. Please note that
this is a private sale and therefore no VAT receipt will be provided,
and no returns will be accepted once sale is agreed.
