'Cornelia Adriana' - £70,000 - IJsselaak, built 1895. We are reluctantly selling her as our tribe is expanding from 2 smalls to 3, and we need more space and a bigger boat !! She's 46 x 12 foot, 121 years old and is beautiful inside and out. She has had a very recent survey (4th May 2016), and all necessary and recommended hull maintenance and plating was completed. Full off-grid solar, wind and TEG (Thermo Electric Generator) power set up for off-grid living, with back-up 5.5K generator. Solid oak floor, and hand carved, rustic and beautiful wildwood features throughout the boat. Reclaimed mahoganny kitchen worktops, reclaimed mahoganny, teak, oak and pine cupboards and shelving, fixtures and fittings, belfast kitchen sink, gas oven and 2 ring gas hob, lovely Wellstood aga-type solid fuel stove that can be used for cooking, heating water, heating the central heating system and powering the TEG (Thermo Electric Generator). Full size bath and shower, with reclaimed mahoganny cupboard and shelving, Belfast sink hand basin, and cassette toilet with wooden seat and surrounds. There is a double berth (master bed cabin) with clothes rail and built in shelving, and a second cabin - currently our 3 year old's bedroom, with a single bed, shelf space, and clothes rail. The other side of this cabin is currently our storage area for boxes and baskets and tat ! But it could be converted to have another single bed, or other use. The second cabin is under the front deck, so the ceiling height is very low (4 foot). Just right for small people, ok for short term guests or storage, but not standing height for adults ! There is also a sofa bed in the main lounge area, technically another double berth, for guests. There is plenty of storage space with lots of built-in reclaimed solid wood shelving under the wide gunwhales of the boat. The engine is a Volvo Penta, 6 cylinder, and is in good working order, in its own engine room, which also houses the fridge freezer and washer dryer, battery bank and power set-up, plus lots more shelving and storage space.
