I bought this a couple of years ago to supervise the jet skis for my water sports business however found out I wasn't able to use as a commercial vessel as I didn't have its CE certification.
I did use it recreationally a couple of times but without being in commercial survey its really no use to me.
These are very tough boats, ex military, very stable and very well made. It would be ideal as a dive boat or a large tender.
I think its a 2009 model but I'm not 100% sure.
Its just the boat for sale. No trailer or anything else.
The nose rubbing strip has come away at the front as shown in the photo, it doesn't really need it but would look better with it glued back down.
The front chamber has a leak. I put some PVC glue over the hole as a temporary fix, it still leaks but takes most of the day to deflate.
The builders plate says its registered for up to 15 people (would be way overcrowded) and a 60hp motor. I put a 25hp on it and it would get onto the plane with up to 6 people.
It has non return valves for bungs which I don't think work 100% . If I was going to use it as my full time boat I would get plugs to put over them.
The boat is all folded up in the garage, If you really wanted to look at it you can come around and assemble it. It disassembles into 4 aluminium slats and the rubber boat. These slats are not like normal soft hulled inflatable boats, they are about an inch thick and very strong. They will not bend or break.
I think its 2m wide and the chambers are 50cm high.
It has 5air chambers in the sides and one chamber in the floor.
If you have any questions you can contact me on 0403304349.
I just moved house and need to get rid of this so it has no reserve and will be selling.
Thanks,
Lachlan
