1985 Nonsuch Ultra

       Selling my beloved Nonsuch 30 Ultra. Its a shoal draft. New Westerbeke 33 hp diesel with 40 hrs. sail and rigging all good. Upgraded holding and fuel tanks. Boat is clean in the water and can be sailed away.        For ease of maintenance and safety, the oven, space and water heaters and all propane plumbing have been removed. There is no refrigeration or A/C. The price of the boat is substantially lower then a similar boat with these cruising amenities. New modern upgrades could be made to this boat and it would still be under the market value price.          The bottom has several coats of ablative paint and is clean.        The interior wiring needs upgrading but is functional. The bulge is dry.          The boat is located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland on the Cheasapeake Bay. the slip is paid up for the year. There has been no survey done, but will welcome one. The title has no liens.
