Description:I am selling my 1976 Catalina 27 4' draft on a fixed keel, Roller Furling Jib, adjustable backstay, Harken, Barient and Barlow winches and blocks. Powered by the wind and a 9.9 HP Evinrude outboard motor that runs like a champ, has electrical and pull start with alternator.Sails Inventory:Main sail by Trasker in very good condition, reef points set with Lazy Jacks, Jiffy reef rigged.
Jib#1 100% in good condition used as heavy wind spare.
Jib#2 150% set on a Harken Holler Fuller.Boat has almost no weather helm even when it blows. Tiller just redone, it has cover, Boom cover has a rip near where the jib block mounts on the mast but it is easily fixable but works fine as it is.Condition:Hull in very good condition

Interior is good, no swollen board or damage anywhere
There are no leaks coming from the deck and no evidence of any water leaks
Wood in good condition for the age
Full set of interior and exterior cushions dated but in good condition
Comes with sink,and manual fresh water pumpHead has 15 gallon holding tank plus set up for macerator, 35 gallons fresh water tank, Ice box, 2 burn stove, 2 batteries, inverter/charger, 30 foot shore cable, life ring with line, anchor with chain and 50' line, spare winch handle, spare main battens, dock lines, fender, removable 5 gallons fuel tank with quick disconnect hose, dual batteries(need charge), battery switch, 2 bank charger/inverter, VHF radio, Raymarine Depth Finder, Garmin GPS, AM/FM radio and more. Overal this is a solid boat that needs nothing more than spring commissioning work a bit of cleaning and a fresh bottom paint, NO SOFT SPOTS, NO BLISTERS, NO LOOSE STANCHEONS, NO LEAK WINDOWS. Side stays have been reinforced with extra heavy plates and reinforcement bolts.Recently fixed engine control panel, and replaced all running rigging.
