Beautiful early 12' Penn Yan Cartopper. The wood ribs and seats are in great shape. The bottom canvas is painted gray and I'm not sure if it is the original color. Looks nice. I have new Penn Yan decals to go on either side of the stern if one would like to repaint or add them. The anchor winder, pulley and oars are original. The boat was last registered in 2003 in Ohio. I do not have a title. The hull ID number stamped into the boat is WX17S58180I will assist in anyway I can for shipping or you may pick up the boat in person at my place.
