Excellent sailing boat outfit, hull just under 10 ft. marine ply, nicely painted, stainless handrails inside and built by boat builder, I have the  original boat plans. Two compartments for floatation at bow and stern so will not sink. It has had very little use and combines the best of both worlds, use as a sailing boat, it has alloy mast, alloy boom, mainsail, rudder, centreboard and all necessary rigging to sail, all in very good condition. It comes with a late model Sail brand 5HP 4 stroke outboard to use as a small power boat or tender etc. It is quick and easy to rig for sailing, light and easy to handle even for kids. The hull has large double detachable and reversable wheels fitted on the stern for easy movement by one person at a beach or foreshore, no need for boat ramp. The outboard is a 5 HP 4 stroke , forward , reverse and neutral, again, has not had much use and pushes this hull along well. It is reliable, runs perfectly and is cheap to run ( about 1 litre an hour) and has a removable tiller extension handle. No registration or boat license is required to use this boat in Queensland and it can be used in  freshwater dams that permit boating, either as a sailboat or motor boat. It sits on a custom made steel frame which carries the hull and all necessary fittings for use. The hull is easily loaded as frame has rollers fitted at the rear. The frame itself fits inside a 6x4 box trailer (or larger) as seen in pics. and comes with 4 sturdy legs so that trailer can be withdrawn and frame made stand alone for storage. It comes with 2 lifejackets, oars and all necessary tie downs for transport.
