This is a great cruising sailboat, it's very stable in rough water. The boat went through a complete re-fit 4 years ago. It comes with a Nissan 8 electric start outboard, main sail, jib, genoa, sail bags, two anchors, sink, manual water pump at sink,  alcohol stove, head, depth finder, marine radio, solar charger, deep cycle battery, bilge pump,LED and Fluorescent lighting, all tanks are only four years old, the standing rigging is all good as well as the running rigging. You can sail her the way see sets, but she would look better with new paint. I did paint the hull summer 2015. You will need to replace the safety equipment.  I took it for my new (larger) boat.
