This Duckflat boat was
built in 1997 and is a Tennessee model which is 40 feet long. It only draws
30cm so can go anywhere. This boat has everything for a day on the water or
week long cruise up the river or down the Coorong. Sleeps up to 5 people. Full
galley with oven and gas cook top and new fridge. Gas hot water for sink and
shower. Bathroom has shower and toilet. Front room has 2 large seats either
side which double as beds with a pantry and tv and DVD set up. Dining suit and
table for 4 people. Sunroom at the back of the boat which has another 2 large
seats either side which converts to a double bed. Back deck is a nice size and
also has a swim deck with ladder. Powered by 2 very economical 9.9h/p yamaha
outboards under the back deck. Other features include drop down keel in front
of boat to make to easy to handle in windy conditions. New start and house
batteries with solar panels. New carpet. new blinds and wooden pelmets. New gas
bottle. New fuel lines and 2 seperate tanks plus a large stainless tank for
long trips. New shower and sink fittings. New stainless ladder off the back deck.
2 rod holders for trawling down the Coorong. New depth finder/ fish finder.
Marine radio. Stereo sound system. Top of the range battery chargers. Both
motors checked, serviced and boat slipped and antifould 10 months ago. Price
can include all safety gear, spares, tools, paints and all kitchen wear and
utensils. This boat is ready to be enjoyed. The only thing to finish off would
be a fresh coat of paint on top. I have also painted the back deck all the way
to the front deck with antislip paint. Boat is currently in the Hindmarsh
