Features:1. Two un-stayed carbon fiber spars with wishbooms. There just isn't much to break except for the masts themselves, and these were constructed at TPI before they knew just how light they could go with carbon. So these masts are wayyyyyy stronger than they need to be. They've been refinished already, so that's been done.2. We put $18,000 worth of fully battened Doyle cruising laminates (high roach) and Antal tracks on the boat three years ago. No exaggeration-we have receipts. We re-rigged and everything goes to the cockpit. The sails are beautiful. Three reefs in the main, and two in the mizzen. 3. Yanmar 2QM20 with 1674 hours. Very solid engine.4. 200 Watts of Solar with MPPT charge controller.
5. 6 deep-cycle house batteries 2013 with 675 amp hours capacity.6. New cushions and upholstery below and above. Tan Nauga-soft down below and tasteful Sunbrella in the cockpit. New foam throughout. New custom mattress in the V-birth.7. Dickenson furnace 2011.8. Custom, oversized stainless double bow roller / bowsprit.

9. Hard-dodger (2013) top with canvas surround (2016).10. 2012 new electronics: Raymarine wheelpilot. 406 Satellite EPIRB with integral GPS, AIS with built-in Wifi so you can see traffic on your iNavx (or similar) live on your iPad. We also have a masthead wifi antenna to get free internet access from a mile or more away. 11. New Sunbrella Feb 2016. This includes sail covers, dodger surround and pedestal cover. This is the centerboard model with 3ft 8inch draft with the board-up, so you will be anchored tucked in close to the beach while everyone else is bobbing around way out. And for use on the river? Awesome to draw so little! With the centerboard down, she climbs the wind on rails like a race boat....ok, that's an exaggeration but she does go to weather quite well.Warts:All 35 year old boats have warts (if the owner is honest with you), and here are the things a new owner may want to do, depending on your intended use:1. There are a few quarter-sized osmotic blisters mostly on the port side, near the bow. We bought the boat with them seven years ago. They are not changing, and no this is NOT a cored hull. We were waiting until we do a full hull strip and fairing...2. The boat is in fresh water now and the bottom has at least 6 layers of bottom paint. In some areas it is no longer adhering (see photos). Depending on your use, if you were headed cruising in salt water, you may want to strip the bottom and fair the hull (taking care of the blisters of course), and start with a fresh bottom. If you were mostly just day sailing in fresh water, the current bottom is good for probably another four years and maybe longer.3. Front motor mounts are toast. If you are just day sailing, you could get by with these for a long time. If you are headed further, you will want to change the motor mounts out. This is a $250 job for the DIY, or about $1000 for a pro.4. Four of the portlight lenses are pretty well crazed. None are leaking, but they eventually will crack through eventually and leak.
Happy to answer any and all questions.
