1989 Marine Concepts Sea Pearl 21 - Cat Ketch rig with leeboards and water ballast. Includes raod worth galvanized trailer and older (1970's) 2hp Johnson Seahorse outboard motor. Boat includes 12 lb anchor with 10' galvanized chain and rode, oarlocks, Whale manual bilge pump. White/red sails in good condition. Canvas includes center cockpit convertible cabin, center cockpit cover and bimini top, all in decent condition but could use some refurbishment.Boat is an ideal shallow water cruiser for the Gulf or lakes, draws 6" with leeboards up and very quick and easy to launch/retrieve. Less than 1,000 lbs total trailering weight means it can be towed behind a small car.
