Starlight is a 1977 Ranger 33 sailboat designed by Gary Mull. This boat was designed as a high performance cruiser/racer. Starlight was has been sailed for the last 6 seasons sailing in Narragansett Bay and Block Island. Starlight has an enclosed fin keel with 4,500 lbs of lead ballast, with a spade rudder. The mast is deck stepped with a teak support post. This is a great boat to sail it is very fast, points very well and flies on a reach. The hull is great shape painted Awlgrip color Fire Engine Red. The boat was professional repaired on the port side, due to a small crack due to a fall in the boat yard. The atomic 4 engine has a Fresh Water Cooling system from Indigo Marine 6 seasons ago. The boat previously spent its entire life on Lake Michigan in fresh water (so it has only seen 6 seasons of salt water use!). The mast, boom and spreaders were new in 2007. The standing rigging was all replaced in 2013. The sails are in great overall shape, the mainsail was supposedly new in 2008. New unused 135 genoa and older 153% Genoa sail both cut for the Harken roller/furler. Spinnaker and spinnaker pole. We are selling Starlight because we are up-sizing. This is a great boat that will bring pleasure to her new owner. Specifications: LOA: 33 Ft. 2 In. LWL: 26 Ft. 3 In. Beam: 9 Ft. 7 In. Draft: 5 Ft. 0 In. Displacement: 10,000 Lbs.
