1987 Top Hat 25' Mark Three Sailing Pocket Cruising Yacht fixed keel 4' 1.2m draft this yacht is in good used condition comes with roller furling jib and useable main sail now has new sail cover as the one in the picture was torn the yacht was slipped and antifouled may 2013 all seacocks were changed with metal units not plastic , a new toilet was fitted , it has L.E.D.cabin and navigation lights , a new bilge pump also the side windows were changed with brown tinted polycarbonate , most running rigging " sheets / ropes " have been changed with high quality double braided nylon or spectra . It has a 2011 Honda 4 Stroke Outboard Motor 10 H.P. it has a Honda genuine service kit .I have single handed sailed it from the Hawkesbury River in Sydney to Whyalla S.A. It Has has a Solar Charger but needs a solar panel comes with a new powerful DSC Capable Marine Radio it has a walker bay dingy with the sail and rudder kit comes with a Digital EPIRB that gives your exact position and also has a Garmin GPS Colour Map Plotter with complete Chart For Australia & New Zealand , Fiji to New Caledonia ,Tahiti Polynesia , U.S.A. including Alaska and Hawaii . Also comes with a digital EPIRB that gives your exact position , most running rigging has been changed with high quality Australian made double braided nylon or Spectra I am selling as it is now surplus to my needs my loss is your gain .
