Up for auction is a classic 20 ft Shamrock Pilot House, With a Full Keel and a Tandem axel 2002 Load rite Trailer in excellent condition. I bought this to restore with my son and then flip it. My son moved to NC and I can not do this By myself. There is no engine in the Boat, I have seen several on E-bay and Craigslist some as cheep as 900.00 dollars in perfect condition. If you are a good restoration man with Boats you can flip this Boat and make 10 thousand dollars or more. You can not find these boats anymore and they are considered a classic. There is no ROT or soft spots anywhere on the boat
