This is a 1985 Hunter 28.5 Sailboat. It is used boat that is in fair condition. It is currently located in Maryland on the Chesapeake. I have owned the boat for approximately 4 years. I had the best intentions of fixing the vessel and sailing it down south. Due to work, marriage and time constraints I have to let go of the vessel. The boat needs some work, she has some water in the bilge which has eaten away at the flooring. My guess is that the keel screws need to be tightened. Fiberglass is in ok shape around the boat. Boat has a mainsail, furling jib, and bimini, all which are in ok condition. The motor has less than 2 hours since it was rebuilt right before I bought the vessel.  she is located at a marina with slip fees of 150 per month.
