Hello there & thanks for looking at my auction! 1989 Carver 3207 Aft Cabin. Boat has not been used in a few years & hasn't been dewinterized since. It is huge, well laid out, the interior is beautiful & updated, lots of teak, mood lighting, squeaky clean. Loads of storage. Outside/inside very solid and in great shape, hardtop about ten years ago; very expensive around $6,000, Very nice well kept enclosed canvas has been kept indoors, Bridge has a full custom sunbrella cover to protect bridge. One fuel tank replaced one of the gas tanks (custom built). Full summer and winter canvas (winter is currently on). Upper/lower helm's. Aft deck, bow pulpit, flybridge seating for four (could be five, if you use a mobile deck chair, swim platform with shower. This was built with Carver's 1990 design, which was a double berth master stateroom vs two singles (double added more space/storage). The forward V berth can be double or queen. Salon has plenty of comfortable seating. Galley is fully equipped (dishes/pots/pans/coffee maker all stay), full fridge, three burner stove, built in microwave. Front head has an enclosed shower stall with seat. Master head has a hand held shower. BOTH engines will need a mechanic to fire them up, If your a mechanic you have the upper hand. Needs a few other minor repairs I'm sure, if you know boats you know they are constant maintenance, but nothing better when you are out on the water, even if you are just sitting in the slip! If you have the time/talent, you will have a gem. You could easily live on it, while getter her up to par. It is too nice of a boat, not to let someone else enjoy it instead of just letting it sit. There are slips available annual, however there's not month to month, it's a fantastic, family friendly, secure marina. Live aboards are not allowed here! Serious inquires only, with cash in hand.
