This is a complete cutter rigged Pearson number 25 of 50 made that has not been used in 8 years.Bottom - stripped to bare glass three years ago, dried for more than a year, and a proper epoxy bottom applied. Professional who did this work is available to discuss.Hull - Painted in Awlgrip and is in excellent condition - 12 years ago.Deck - Unserviced - soft around a couple of stanchions - has holes that need to be attended to. Core is ok for the most part but may have water in areas.Engine - 5444 Universal 44 horsepower diesel - does NOT run. Does turn but it is more than a simple fuel bleed. Will not investigate this further.V-drive - Walter RD-10 - full of water and needs repair/replacement. Cooling water gasket leaked.Drivetrain - Good condition - propeller shaft aft.Rudder - In good operating condition. Helm is with the boat - compass oil has leaked out.Rigging - Standing rigging must be gone through - some rust in side stays. It is now loose on purpose - the chainplates/mountings are in good condition. Running rigging is old - new lines of various sizes come with the boat.Sails - One Jib, One Main, both in excellent condition (they are heavy sails). Club jib is older and thinner in material.Air conditioner - 18.5K unit - 6 months old and perfect.Stove - 3 burner Force 10 - 3 months old and perfect.Cabin sole - water damage about mast and the veneer is peeling. Floor in general is poor. Walls/bulkheads/etc. are in good condition BUT have numerous holes in them ( I have lived on this boat most of my adult life ).Refrigerator and freezer are 110V only and work perfectly. Galley counter is courian. Microwave is ok - bulb is out. This boat is of clear title, very much a diamond in the rough, and is NOT a "stripped" shell. It is now located at Crackerboy Boatworks in Fort Pierce Florida where it has sat for these 8 years. You may haul her for inspection, survey, etc. at your expense. As is, where is.
