For sale an immaculate used 2005 Bombard Explorer SB500, a 5 metre long sports RIB with a 75hp Evinrude ETEC outboard motor on a Snipe road trailer. Very low hours (less than 100), always garaged, unmarked hull, tubes and interior. All original manuals for boat, engine, Garmin etc. and original bill of sale, the original unused boat spares kit, two keys, and Bombard cover are included. Features include- Garmin GPS MAP178c chart plotter/ fish finder/ depth sounder (with sim card for south coast and irish sea), full instrumentation, stainless steel boarding ladder, a choice of propellers, inboard fuel tank, upgraded trailer wheels and tyres with spare, lighting board, straps and anchor. A perfect family sized sports boat, for fishing, waterskiing, and general pleasure cruising. Powerful (5 hp more than the recommended 70hp) safe and quiet, small enough to store in a garage, light enough to tow, big enough once on the water. Sale only due to lack of use, only used once last year, not used at all this year. Flushed and washed after every use, winterised using the Evinrude auto winterising system. We looked for a very long time to find a boat in this great condition, and the seating layout, overall size and power to weight ratio i think is unbeatable, the new owner should be delighted. This is not a forced sale, i.e. we don't need the money, however the space in the garage would be nice. The whole outfit was new in 2005, and professionally setup/ rigged by the suppling dealer, we are the second owner, the first owner hardly used the boat, it was garaged at his holiday home in Wales, never left in the water overnight, and was washed and serviced as required.
