This magnificent little boat has enormous presence on the water and its pedigree has no peers. Built on the shores of lake Geneva for a wealthy banker hence no expense was spared by renowned chantier naval boat yard who are renowned for having built a wooden hulled Americas cup winner some years ago. Approximately 14 feet long with a good draft and lots of beam with a drop down keel housed in its own keel box in the centre. The build quality is absoloutely stunning with age old techniques employed to shape each individual plank. The whole hull is entirely timber with copper nail construction throughout. The boat is hugely versatile designed for lake, river or sea with three power sources. A beautiful hand inlaid mast with new rigging and a new west sail will move it along nicely or there are 2 beautifully made inlaid oars that are of the same quality as the rest of the woodwork there is also a new never run 2.5 yamaha motor included in the sale along with a nearly new de graffe galvanised road trailer, lightboard, spare wheel, life jackets, ropes, fenders boat hook kit bag fully fitted winter cover with aluminium supports. the whole outfit cost a fortune and truly is one for the connoisseur as it is the rolls royce of sailing dinghy Built several years ago with cavalier disregard to cost. Not commisioned until 2012 used once now an absolute bargain in perfect condition. Ready to hook up and go sailing rowing or cruising around.
