Excellent live aboard Motor Trawler, perfect for completing the Great Loop or just fun family weekends. There is a private forward cabin, an owner’s aft cabin, two head compartments, a main salon amidships, with a lower galley to port and a dinette to starboard. The fly-bridge and aft sundeck have full Eisenglass enclosures with removable windows and provide additional comfortable living space and recreation areas. The galley is equipped with double stainless steel sinks, a stainless steel Princess 3 burner electric stove with oven, a stainless microwave, and a full size Dometic AC/DC stainless steel refrigerator/freezer. There is also a sink and stainless steel Dometic ice maker built into the outside sundeck cabinet. Both heads have electric flush marine toilets and the aft head includes a separate shower compartment with glass door. There is also a handheld hot water shower on the outdoor swim platform. There is plenty of natural light and ventilation with sliding and fixed glass windows with mesh insect screens in the main salon. The eleven (11) plastic opening ports typical found in this model yacht have all been upgraded with polished stainless steel ports from New Found Metals. The forward and aft cabins have twenty-four inch Bomar hatches with screens for ventilation and egress and sliding doors on each side of the superstructure provide side entry to the main cabin which makes docking and handling a breeze for even one person. The large machinery space / engine room is lighted and can be entered through a forward door or can be accessed through removable panels in main salon floor. Both helm stations are equipped with tachometer, oil pressure gauge, temperature gauge, voltmeters, and hour meters for each engine, as well compass, depth sounder, and VHF radio. RADAR and a full color moving map GPS are also located at the upper helm station. The flybridge helm station has a center mounted captain’s chair and a swiveling pilot chair to starboard. There is bench seating along both sides of the flying bridge with stowage lockers located underneath and a pedestal mounted teak cocktail table. While easily handled by one person the yacht can sleep 10 people in air conditioned comfort. The forward stateroom has bunk beds with a full size berth on the bottom and a twin berth on top which pulls out to make a double. The aft owners cabin has a centerline full size bed. The dinette can convert to a double bunk. The L-shaped couch and ottoman in the main salon can also be used as a double berth. The yacht has great stowage space and dedicated washer dryer connections (no washer/dryer currently installed) for extended cruising if desired. A swiveling davit with electric winch supports launching the Avon RIB dinghy stowed on the sundeck’s hardtop. Sunbrella covers on the dinghy, the davit winch, the stainless grill, and the anchor windlass match the flybridge bimini and sundeck enclosure. We have owned this boat for the last six years and are only the third owners of this well cared for yacht. KNOWN ISSUES: The superstructure had previously been painted and we have started sanding down to the original gelcoat which still appears to be in good condition, although new owners may simply choose to repaint if desired. Installed autopilot is inoperable. We are only selling due to changes in retirement plans.
