This Carver yacht is a Diesel fuel option. Both 225 hp International V8's are the original engines with low hours, as diesels are considered to last 12000 hours before they require service. The Westerbeak 7.5 kw generator also is original with 1258 hours and a service cycle of 8000 hours. So the estimated remaining usable life on the engines before major servicing is about 70%. I have owned the yacht for the last five years and I assure you that all proper maintenance and repairs have been preformed. This yacht cruses very well at 8 Knots and will reach 13+ knots when required. Diesel fuel is the safest fuel for yachting and peace of mind.This is a dual helm all weather yacht. It has two State Rooms, aft with bath tub, fore and aft heads with showers and electric toilets, pressurized hot and cold water (65 gal) , twin holding tanks, electric macerator, twin bilge pumps and twin gray water pumps, large aft stateroom with queen bed and dressing area, three A/C units, electric stove/oven, large electric refrigerator operates on 115/12 volts, a large amount of storage with two hanging lockers and flat screen TV and stereo AM/FM/CD player.
