"Utopia" is a Endeavour 37 ketch that I have owned for almost a decade and cruised extensively on the mid atlantic coast. She was to be the boat that I would keep forever, however, my financial situation has changed. Please do not bid if you do not have the funds to purchase her. I expect a $2,000 non refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction and full payment within a week. Non payers will be turned over to Ebay. The title must be transferred at the time of payment unless a mutually agreeable situation is reached. Sails: jib is on a ABI roller furler and is 2 years old mizzen and sunbrella cover is 2 years old Main is useable but worn. Main cover is quite worn. Mizzen staysail is used but sets well. Running rigging: Halyards are recent and in good shape. Mizzen staysail halyard has a bit of wear in one location from chafing. Sheets are recent and are in good shape. Winches: * 2 speed primaries, 1 speed halyard winches and 1 speed dedicated jib furling winch. Standing rigging: Lower swages were dye tested 4 years ago and found to be in good shape. Holding tank is a poly 15 gallon tank located below the V berth. Plumbing: *Freshwater lines were replaced with flexible poly piping. *35 gallon per day 12 volt water making is located in the engine compartment. Head hoses were all replaced with white odor resistant hose. Abi based on the Simpson Lawrence Seatiger * Primary rode is 40 feet of 3/8" chain spliced to 5/8" 3 strand new england nylon with a 35 pound bruce type on it. * secondary rode is 120 feet (i believe) of 1/2" 3 strand new england nylon with a 35 pound danforth type on it. * Kedge anchor is 75 feet (i believe) of 1/2" 3 strand with a 11 pound aluminum danforth type to allow swimming out a kedge if needed. The kedge anchor pulpit is in line with the jib furling line winch if needed.
