Here for sale is a mid 80's Buckingham 25 cabin cruiser, fitted with a Yamaha 15 outboard motor, and  BSC until August 2019.  It is in generally good condition (although showing it's age a bit now) and would be a great weekender/ fishing boat/ liveaboard, or a resto project for the hobbyist.  Canopy is serviceable and should be good for a few years yet, engine runs well, interior could do with updating or just tidied up, fridge needs wiring in, water pumps are good (fresh and bilge), battery needs charging (but does charge from engine).  Exterior is weathered as usual but new tin of paint comes with boat as well as some tins of yacht varnish. All in all a nice little cruiser for little money.  Currently moored at Shardlow in Derby and a mooring may be available (not residential) but you will have to check with marina management in regards to that, or jump in and start cruising.
