I have had this hovercraft for a few years with the intention to restore it. I paid $1200 when i purchased it but I have had too many projects on the go and there is still no time to get to this one done, so I might as well give someone else the chance to rebuild this awesome machine so they can enjoy it this summer.  I have no information on the brand of the hull. The hull length is 3.350m long X 1.750m wide. There are some fibreglass areas that need work, but glass work is pretty easy to do. I was going to do a camouflage paint job to avoid spending too much time on getting a perfect finish. The lift motor turns over ok, but I have never put fuel in it to start it, so expect at least a carby clean out. The propulsion motor is a Japanese made Robin 25 horsepower motor. I pulled the motor down when i got the hovercraft and got new cankshaft bearings and seals, cleaned up the housings and treated them with Alodine to coat the surfaces. The motor just needs a quick hone and everything cleaned up to reassemble. All ignition components are with the engine. The thrust fan is all there, but the lift fan blades look like they could with replacing.  In all, expect a complete overhaul project, but it is a great winter project to enjoy at the end of the year.  I recommend anyone serious about the hovercraft to inspect before bidding so you know exactly what you are bidding on. just remember, winning an auction doesn't mean you are winning the right to inspect.  Payment for this will be,payment on pick up only, or COD.
