I am selling my 1957 Mahogany Inland Speedboat with the original 50HP White Cloud 4 Cylinder Mercury Outboard engine. I purchased this boat in 2007 from the original owner Dr. James Bratcher of Sherwood, MI who always stored it indoors. The 50HP engine was winterized years ago so it will need to be serviced prior to use. The boat has its original varnish finish and factory fiberglass bottom over the mahogany hull. The varnish shows its age and should be lightly sanded and resealed. The seats were recovered by the previous owner in red vinyl and are in very good condition. The front rub rail wood needs minor repair in a few places and other minor cosmetic repairs are needed but overall the hull, transom, deck, and interior are solid and in very good condition. The boat is currently located and registered in Massachusetts with clear title in hand. The trailer is also included in the sale and does not require a title because it is less than 3,000Lbs GRVW. The boat, motor, and trailer are sold As-Is with no written or implied warranty. I am available to show the boat so please contact me to arrange inspection prior to the end of the auction.
