THE BATTERY IS CHARGED AND THE FUEL TANK IS FULL!!Norman 18ft Cabin Cruiser. Newly Painted Hull & Rebuilt and Strengthened Transom. De Graaf 1300KGs Roller Trailer.50HP 4 Stroke Honda BF50 Outboard Motor.Lowrence Elite - 5 DSI with UK maps.This lovely 18ft Cabin Cruiser would be perfect for day cruising on a river or lake, or as a fast fisher for coastal waters. She spent most of her life on the Norfolk Broads. In recent years the rear has been completely rebuilt to take the weight of the 50 HP 4 stroke engine. The hull has an 'as new' paint job. There is a cabin with fitted seat cushions. There's also a new battery, and a VHF radio with external aerial. There are handy fitted storage cupboards under the seating and in the rear of the boat.The engine is a Honda BF50 http://marine.honda.com/outboards/motor-detail/BF40-50The engine has done no more than 100 hours and has been serviced regularly. It has 1 previous owner who used it 10 times and then died in very sad circumstances (not boating related). The family garaged the engine for 4 years before selling it to me 2 years ago. I took it to Bill Higham who said it is in PERFECT condition. The retail price of the engine alone is £5500. The trailer is a De Graaf SB1300http://www.degraafftrailers.co.uk/sb1300-boat-trailer.htmIt cost me £2000 from new and has done no more than 400 miles i.e. 1 trip from Cheshire to Scotland, and then the 200 yard trip from the harbor car park to the launch ramp, and back a few times.The Fish Finder is a Lowrance Elite 5 DSIhttp://www.lowrance.com/en-GB/Products/Elite-Series/Elite5DSI-en-gb.aspxThe fish finder/navigation is in immaculate 'as new' condition and comes with the UK maps chip. The unit was over £400 and the maps over £250.I am selling my boat as I have only had time to sail her 3 times in the last 2 years due to starting a business. She was a 'mid-life-crisis project!' and I spared no expense on the refit.. I can't for-see a time when I can use her so I am reluctantly selling..
