1950 Custom Sedan Model S-22   restored as original with 99% of its' original parts and wood.   The ML engine had only approx. 190 hours on it when it was rebuilt with new bearings, rings, etc.  Less than 100 hours are on the engine since the rebuild, total hours on the boat are less than 300.  Originally purchased in 1950 by a doctor who bought it as a retirement gift to himself, shortly after he became ill, the boat sat in his boat house and not used for over 20 years.  New upholstery is an optional color scheme offered by Chris Craft, not the usual blue & gray. All new cloth covered wiring duplicating original colors and pattern.  Reproduced seat cushions are kapok filled.  New interior felt headliner matched pattern and beading of original.  Rooftop covered with Haartz type cloth as was the original over layers of burlap, felt, and muslin. All beading and hydem welting matches original. Reed & Prince fasteners used throughout.
