This was a hand-made fiberglass over marine plywood trimaran. The boat is easy to assemble and easy to transport. It is a very fast boat. It comes with 2 different sails, 2 different spinnakers, and a jib. the trailer is included and there is a paddle and 2 tramps that look pretty new.The good -
1. This is a fun and fast boat that is easily sailed with one person but can accommodate a family on the tramps.
2. It's priced right. A similar boat is being offered for $5700 on craigslist right now
3. It can be towed by just about anything (but having a truck makes it a lot easier).
4. I took it out last weekend and it floats, it holds water, it doesn't leak and it's really easy to put together.The bad - One of the pedals that controls the rudders is not attached. It works, but it needs to be reattached to the hull. Nothing a few screws and maybe some fiberglass wouldn't fix. There is a couple of places where the fiberglass probably needs to be patched and the paint is mediocre.I wasn't the original builder and acquired this but never sailed it other than last weekend. I will answer what i can, but my sailing knowledge is limited so it's probably best to just schedule a showing.
