Freedom 21 Yacht.  Designed by Gary Hoyt in 1980s.  21 ft.  Maintained in Marina Boat Storage as secretary's boat for most of its life.   Rigged like a catamaran in order to be sailed alone at speed easily.  Comes with Mainsail (has a small hole that needs to be sewn), Spinnaker, and two Storm sails, original cushions in excellent condition, teak woodwork, Mariner 4HP long shaft motor (not the one pictured on the back of one photo, which is the marina's Tohatsu).   Lead keel.  Sleeps 4 (has v-berth in bow).  Ready to sail with routine seasonal prep.  Trailer available separately, 1K.  No reserve.  Located in RI, available for pick-up only.
