I'm selling my fantastic and very RARE 2001 model year Avon 4.7-Meter Searider With 2001 Yamaha 50 Four Stroke and Brand New Indespension Rollercoaster Trailer.Very economical and Great in the UK waters. Fantastic original condition with lots of extras to include:Brand new twin 25 litre fuel tank with switch-over valve.(Fuel tank switch-over from front to rear and mounted on dash for ease).Battery master switch, dashboard mounted for ease of use.Brand new top of the range rifled Gear and throttle cables.(very low friction and very east to select the gear) Brand new fuel lines with Brand New Genuine Fuel filter and pump. Brand New Hy-drive Hydraulic side mount steering (£700) 2.5 turns to lock. Brand new Yamaha 703 control box and loom. (this is the latest one with turn-able handle) with two keys Heavy duty battery approximately 2 months old. Brand new Genuine Yamaha commercial grade fuel filter transom mounted Brand new fuel lines throughout and heavy duty primer bulb. Brand new Full colour brand new Garmin 45DV colour Gps Two Canadian paddles with oar retainers on tubes. Four point internal lifting davits. Full all over fitted canvas cover.Hull is flooding type but hull is blocked off for lightness, can be unblocked in under a minute Brand New Indespension Roller-coaster trailer,1 month old (£1200) and never been in seawater, Only fresh water. also comes with LED light Kit. Not fitted.Yamaha Tacho shows 600 hrs from new. Engine is a Yamaha 2001 50 Four Stroke stroke so very light and perfectly balanced for this rib,The 4 pot Yamaha's were renowned to be the finest engines around. Power trim and tilt/electric start and runs perfectly.Auto choke as this is the later model. Just had full service to include: Water pump/impeller/Plugs/Internal fuel filter/Trim and Tilt Motor/Oil Filter and Oil/Gear Oil and full Carburetor tune up kit (£400 from BHG Marine Just for the the latter).It really is in lovely condition and goes superbly.there are a few scratches which I have touched up using original Yamaha touch up paint. hardly noticeable. Awesome exiting little boat with a big boat feel due to the legendary Searider hull. No storage fees with these, as they fit into most small garages. Bad points. Few little scuffs on the tubes which I have shown on the pictures but not really noticeable. The Searider manoeuvrability and performance are very hard to equal. Their inflatable buoyancy and deep 'V' seagoing hull easily enables Sea riders to operate in the most difficult conditions. these craft have also been approved by the British Marine Coastguard Agency as safety boats on stand-by vessels in the North Sea oil fields so as you can see these SR4.7s are built in Britain for British waters.
