The 28ft mooring is available if required @ £195 per quarter payable in advance.Requires roof grab rails.New Window PerspexSeat fitting (included)Engine was running but cut out (I have been told it needs a service).The 4 year safety license expires in August and will require renewing.The bow rail needs refitting and it would benefit with new deck fittings.As well as the above it needs generally tidyingNew portaloo included.I have just had it professionally repainted by a qualified boat painter.
