2013 Laser
Estimated price for orientation: 9 800 $
Category: Sailboats Under 20 feet
Class:
Description Condition: Used Year: 2013 Make: Laser
Immaculate condition 15' high-performance sailing/racing dinghy with spinnaker. This is the Laser 2000 now licensed and supported by RS Sailing with some upgrades. Very rare to find in U.S. but highly popular in UK. Rigging setup is the same as what is found on most racing boats (boom vang, cunningham tension, mainsail reefing, spinnaker, etc.), providing plenty of adjustments for a very responsive, fast ride and/or as a training boat for future racers. Also works equally well as a day sailer for three to four people, or single handed in lighter conditions. Boat includes all the original parts, with a chaffing patch added to main sail for extra protection. Has only been in the water a few times, and stored in garage all year.Description can be found at RS sailing website, but here's the highlights:
- fiberglass hull
- mylar main sail (race spec)
- Dacron jib
- asymmetric spinnaker with retracting bowsprit
- Selden hardware and Hyde sails
- two small stowage bins
- galvanized trailer with mast stand
- fabric cover- sail bags
