Myself and a partner in Sandusky, Ohio are selling this boat.  It is in exemplary condition inside and out.   I purchased it from him and then found a larger model Ericson that better suited my needs.  It is ready to sail right now.  The mast is presently down as plans were to overland ship it in from Sandusky to Cincinatti in November (avoiding the notorious Great Lakes winter storms as wife and I are fair weather sailors and can't get there earlier).  Yes, she is a very sturdy, good sailing boat with a Yanmar 12 hp diesel for getting in and out of the marina or docking area.  Once on the blue , she is a fast capable cruiser that can take you wherever you want to go and looks fast just sitting at the dock if that is your preference.  We can step mast and even deliver it via waterway to some locations.  If you have questions, don't hesitate to ask.  Oh, almost forgot, the sellers reserve the right to end the listing early as the boat is also being offered for sale locally.
