Sails are in very good condition.The swing keel on this boat allows you to take it almost anywhere with only a 30" draft, perfect Florida bay boat. When the keel is fully down (which is done by use of a winch) the 4'6" draft gives stability and performance while sailing. According to the manufacturer papers, this boat is self-righting and unsinkable with molded-in foam.All teak was also re-finished in March 2014. There is a brand new rudder and front hatch, both made last year. All coast guard equipment is on board plus some extras -- fire extinguisher, flares, flare gun, four life jackets, first aid kit, cockpit cushions, 2 anchors, 2 batteries, 2 bumpers, 4 dock lines. Registered in Florida as a antique vessel for a $6.25 registration fee.
