hi here we have a static house boat for sale, she is 38ft long and 8ft6ins wide, there are no engines with this boat the engine room has been used for the lounge area, I have lived on this boat for some 5 years and recently moved out to live with my partner, I have painted the boat outside and internally ready for the new owners, the boat is laid out as follows; outside area to the rear you then enter through a full size door to the lounge area with a flat screen tv mounted on the wall complete with cream sofa, from there you go to the kitchen area to your right, with a full size gas cooker, under counter fridge, insert sink with running hot and cold water, built in microwave. to your left is the dining area with fixed seating for four people all reupholstered, moving forward the full size shower is to your right, and the flushing toilet is to your left with a separate wash hand basin, step down one step and you are in the bedroom area under the bow forming a double bed with small wardrobes each side. the boat has been moored at the marine lake in the village of uphill in Weston super mare (uphill boat services ltd ) it was connected to mains water and mains drainage via pipes running along the pontoon's, all waste water was pumped via a saniflow system, the boat has gas central heating supplied from a combi boiler situated in a cupboard at the back of the boat, it also has a emersion heater for the hot water ( for the summer months or when u run out of gas lol ) it is a great live aboard boat with as lot of space for its size.it is currently stored at the wharfside boatyard at Weston super mare, you could use it again in the marine lake where I use to live on it, please make your own enquires with them, there web site is uphillboatcenter.co.uk transport and loading the boat could be arranged, all the appliances are included * combi boiler* gas cooker * fridge * microwave * saniflow * flat screen tv* kettle, toaster , none of the appliances have been tested and are classed as not working. please feel free to come and view prior to bidding if you are interested in buying the boat for more info or to arrange viewing call mark on 07557654559/ 01934 644808PLEASE REMEMBER YOU ARE BIDDING TO BUY AND NOT TO COME AND HAVE A LOOK
