"HARMONY" is a cosy sleep 9 Houseboat looking for a new family..... HARMONY” is located at “DEEP CREEK MARINA”, 18kms downstream from the historical “PORT OF ECHUCA” on the beautiful “MURRAY RIVER”. DEEP CREEK MARINA has a Hotel/Bistro, Boat ramp, slippage & dry dock facilities. Harmony is steel multi hull 12.5 mtrs long including ski deck & 5.7 mtrs wide. Furnishings Include: Double bed in Master Double bottom single top bunk in second room 2 x Double leather sofa beds in living area 5 pce table & chairs Small occasional table Approx. 30 inch LED LCD tv has HDMI feed from the wheelhouse console which also has USB connections for ipod,phones etc.music can also be delivered up to top deck .240 v Reverse cycle air conditioner (3 years old) The spacious kitchen area include Waeco 185 ltr 3 way fridge/freezer.(3 year old) Gas oven & cooktop combo. A 89 ltr fresh water tank with 12v pump.Shower has recently been retiled & hotwater unit is in wc. Top deck canopied & carpeted has a 7 pce glass top table setting, 3 burner BBQ, 2x sun lounges & small round café table. Harmony is fitted with a less than 4 y o Mercury 60 hp fourstroke motor ( not a lot of hours) There is also 240v shore power, 12 volt lighting in all areas & also has solar power Led floodlights have been fitted to front & rear of boat. Solar comprises of 2x panel systems both with 200 amp deep cycle batteries. Also been rewired with new inverters that have remote battery monitoring.the new electrics, solar batteries etc have all been housed in a new steel cupboard on the back left deck, I will send more photos as requested. Also included in price is a small tinny with 5hp electric trolling motor & several life jackets in varying sizes.
