Dell Quay Dory with 50hp Mariner Outboard - New CDI & New Trigger (Part Working)

This is a great fishing boat and had some lovely fishing trips up and down the Thames. We went to take it out this summer and found the engine only firing on 2 cylinders. We decided to change all the electrical components as it's an old engine and would do it good - they would probably need replacing at some point anyway.On the advice of our boat mechanic, we bought brand new parts from a Mariner dealership: a brand new CDI pack (fitted), brand new trigger (fitted) and new wiring loom. These are the parts that perish over time. Water pump impeller is working perfectly and pumps out a good strong jet. After replacing these parts, the engine is still firing on 2 of 4 cylinders. The last electrical component to replace is the stator.Steering and throttle cables are good.We are selling as we've decided to upgrade because we enjoyed this boat so much last year. The boat can comfortably seat 4, and has a small cabin to get out the rain when fishing... we always found it cosy!There are rod holders fitted at various points around the boat.The engine is electric start which is all working perfectly, including a brand new Halfords (high CCA) battery which we bought only a couple of weeks ago.All new parts fitted:CDI PackTriggerWiring loomBatterySpark plugsIn summary, most old electrical components have been replaced, needs a little TLC but otherwise replacing the stator and you'll be good to go!Any questions, feel free to get in touch.Thanks for taking a look!
