1980 Hardin 45' Ketch Rigged Sailboat Vessel is equipped for scuba diving with an onboard 8CFM Mako dive compressor driven by a diesel engine. Large aft cabin with queen berth, 6 single berths, 2 heads. Reliable and efficient Lehman 80hp diesel and twin 90gal diesel tanks - Burns 1.5 gal/hr at 7kt cruise NEW Raymarine chartplotter w/maps & new Raymarine Autopilot installed in Oct 2016. New 1,050 amp/hr batter bank. New water heater, water pump, 12v lighting, 12v fans. Primary anchor has New Lewmar windlass and capstan w/ 110lb claw anchor & 200' of 3/8th chain. Secondary anchor is 45lb plow with 25' of 3/8th chain and 200' of rode. Large custom fridge/freezer w/ new condenser plate & pump. New 4 burner stovetop w/ new propane system. New Upholstery, cockpit cushions, cockpit cover and mattress foam. Has been extensively refitted and has sailed from Maryland to Puerto Rico then back to FL, we dove all along the way in the most remote sites. Great boat for the explorer/adventurer! Has been surveyed in June of 2015 prior to being refitted
