***RELISTED*** Buyer did not pay again! This will be the final listing or the scrap yard it will go and I really want someone to fix this boat up and use it for many years to come. $5000 is a very fair price for this hull and everything else that comes with it.  Like electrical system, framing windows, ac units.  Up for auction is a houseboat project i have had several years now. I need it gone asap. NO RESERVE!!! The boat is 12ft wide x 52 ft long. And about 13' 1/2" tall. It is a 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath. I totally gutted the inside to start from new. The majority wood inside the cabin is in good shape some rot on back of boat. The electrical system functions as i have had it hooked to generator. There are 2 Cruisair a/c units in the boat but i do not know if they function or not. It is a 1994 sun seeker  three bouys  model and i don't know about the manufacturer other than i tried looking them up online when i first got it and found they were out of business. It sunk in Lake Lewisville in Dallas Tx approximately 8 years ago in 7ft of water.   The insurance co. poked 2 holes (one is about the size of your fist)in the bottom to allow water to drain out of hull when it was recovered. It cost me $2500 to ship to my house about 120 miles away. It is on blocks to allow easy loading. The hull is aluminum and it is very thick maybe 1/4". I do not have a title for it, but i have the insurance number to get the title once the appropriate repairs have been made. One of the many reasons price is so low. I have bill of sale from original owner. It has a motor and a generator and they are not in running condition and i am no mechanic so i don't know whats missing or what they need. This boat repaired and remodeled would be worth $80,000-$100,000. This boat would make an extremely good lake house just docked at a marina, which was going to be my plan. I do not have the time or desire to mess with it. I have a total of about 10,000 in it, my loss is your gain. Shipping will be entirely the buyers responsibility.
