We are selling our 1981 S2 11.0a (36 foot) sailboat after 11 years.  She has been kept in a freshwater bayou near Lake Pontchartrain for over 20 years.  She has been partially restored and needs an owner with time and energy to complete.  In 2015 we repowered with a Model 2003 Volvo Diesel, installed new custom aluminum fuel tank, did a complete bottom job, repaired all bulkheads, refurbished compass, new bimini and pedestal cover.  2016 new starter.  The work left to do includes fixing the interior.  Much of the interior woodwork was removed and varnished.  There are some plywood panels that need to be replaced and the head area needs attention.  Extensive sail inventory is included.  Additional details upon request.
