1995 8' by 26' CATARMARAN CRUISER Lil HOBO WEEKENDER Fiberglass Pontoon House Boat with twin 25 HP 2-Stroke Mercury Outboard Motors including a triple axle Scissors Style (Crank Up) Trailer or a dual axle bunk trailer. This is a trailerable houseboat that is road legal in all states. The kitchenette has a sink, stove top, and ice box. It has a dining booth that converts into a bed. The enclosed bathroom has a porta potty. It has a sleeper sofas so it sleeps from 2-4 people (depending on how big they are.) It is set up to plug into shore power and it has a power invertor. It does not have a generator, although you could always put one in or else put solar panels on the roof. It has a swim ladder to get into the back of the boat from the water or from the ground when the houseboat is on the trailer. The cabin has a tinted sliding glass door with a screen door in the front and several blue tinted windows. There aren't any chips or cracks in the sliding glass door or windows or any tears in the screens. This houseboat and motor were in use last summer and fall. The motors started right up and ran great last summer and were still running good when it was loaded onto the trailer in the fall. This houseboat and these motors have never been in any salt water. There are no leaks in the roof or anywhere in the cabin. The title for this house boat is clear without any liens. This is a private sale so there is no sales tax. Please Note: I have another Lil HOBO Houseboat that is a foot longer and older and costs less than this one. We have two other Catarmaran Cruiser Houseboats that we have refurbished. One is 8'x 28' and the other one is a bigger and wider 10'x 30' Houseboat.
