New Yanmar 30 sail drive installed by previous owner, (receipt available), has less than 200 hours.Her new Yanmar has been well maintained. Impeller changed, spares included. New large Graco raw water strainer. Her interior was factory finished. Tall sailors will love the vertical clearance! Large, long vberth, custom mattress, twin 12v Caframo fans, cedar hanging closet, twin settees also each have 12v Caframo fans, LED lights. Teak table has two drop leaves, with drawers at each end. Chart table has one large drawer, and larger cabinet for storage. Galley has ice box, two sided deep sinks, whale foot pedal faucet. Two burner propane stove with oven has two (two year old aluminum) tanks stored in factory teak boxes on the cabin top. She has a composting C-Head.100w Solar panel with house battery bank, separated from deep cycle starting battery by control switch. Battery level meter and solar controller work well.She has a new Ronstan traveler system with 4:1 purchase blocks. Sails are hank-on. Included are high footed working headsail, 130 Genoa, staysail with self tending boom, main, Almost new spinnaker, and storm sails that slide on track. Running rigging is new or less than two years old, standing rigging tested two years ago is in very good condition. Aries wind vane mounted. All the fittings are available, I just never got around to using it. New tiller with spare.Bottom was barrier coated when Yanmar was installed, last bottom job 1 year ago. Ablative paint blue over black over blue.Currently in the Florida Keys.
