large salon w/galley down and front v berth-microwave in galley as well as stove and refrigerator {like new}engines have less than 100 hrs since re-build-new windlass and most electronics replaced,also new canvas[3yrs} and winter cover{2 yrs}cost of over 10,000,camper style canvas;2 a/cs which need to be charged but work well,all oil and filters are new and generator[6.5 onan]has new pump and exaust manifold,2 years ago,has not been in water since2014 due to health issues and altho i love the boat,has been my get away from the world,my health is causing the sale,still on shore awaiting launch for this season,slip already paid,can stay where it is or moved,depends on your choice.i know i am overlooking alot but can be reached at 641-682-6236 8am-5pm cdt and have a survey that i can fax only,anymore questions feel free to call,will help anyway i can-all work has been done by marina personnel and boat has been taken care  of,anything she ever needed she got, currently being serviced for 2016 season
