This boat was generously donated by the prior owner, an enthusiastic sailor who took good care of the her, but moved out of town, and it's she's been on her cradle (included) in Sandusky, Ohio for the past five seasons or so, thus there's a little catching up to do. We think this is a solid boat and an amazing opportunity for someone with more energy than cash. Wait, isn't that 90% of sailors? You're welcome to come and look prior to bidding, and we live close to the boat so making an an appointment should be easy. This is a freshwater boat.  The cradle is included. The engine room is very clean with no sign of leaks and there's not even a hint of fuel odor below. The interior is impressively roomy for a boat of her size and vintage, and she is reputed to sail well.Prior owner stated a new 1700 series Raritan 6 gallon water heater was installed in 2010.The cushions were replaced just before her last sailing season and are in beautiful condition. We think we have newish sails, a main and full-size (150%?) genoa. She need a bottom but it should be manageable. There's come chipping of the old paint at the waterline and evidence of prior blister repairs but no active blistering is evident. There's quite a bit of gear on board and it's all included. We can help you find a local surveyor. We are more than willing to assist with arrangements for launch or hauling. We show you the warts!  (Well, a lot of them anyway. You should personally inspect ANY boat and get a survey unless you really know what you're doing.) Over 100 pictures at More specs: Sales brochure: Thank you and good luck!
