Hello, Thanks for taking a look at our boat. We have owned the boat for about three years and we are the third owner. We have the last two surveys that were done on the boat. The boat is currently in the water outside of Baltimore Maryland at a marina. The marina has a pool and a pump out as some of it's amenities. The wet slip is paid for the season and the boat is ready to be used (in the process of confirming what needs to be done to transfer). Depending on when this sells, the only thing that might be owed is the electric for the season. Last year that was $150 for the whole season. If you have questions, please feel free to contact me.Options- A/C with heat, electric and alcohol stove, head, shower, microwave/toaster oven, sleeper sofa, convertible dinette, 12V fresh water system with city water, AC/DC refrigerator, DC horn, twin crusader 350 cu/in 270 hp gas engines. four bladed props trued in 2014, twin 120 us/gal fuel tanks. 34 feet long, 12'6" beam, etc..
