I have owned this boat for 25 years, have sailed it from Maine to Florida. Has everything. Has a great running 30 hp Yanmar Diesel. Where I keep it in the water has fresh water, not salt water to keep motor clean.  Last fall I had the bottom soda blasted got rid of layers of bottom paint.  I have a company that will  do final fairing, barrier coat, and bottom paint the bottom for $1000 or do it yourself.   Storage is paid till end of May. You probably won't be able to move it till the beginning of May as there is a boat in front of it.I did not launch last year.  The refrigerator does not work, possibly needs a charge, I have never charged it.  The 3 burner stove with oven needs new burner rings. We never used the stove, has a magma gas grill included. 5' draft. Mast is in storage at the nearby marina. Boat will have to be moved there 1/4 mile or hire boat launch company to put mast in and launch where it is.  They will put mast in and launch for you, but you have to pay them.
